The need to sleep with one eye open, dodge undead, and fight Bio-terror Organizations and their monsters are distant memories of a dying generation read about in history books. Leaders and soldiers of those days now nothing more than historic figures and headstones. The world they fought so hard to achieve is now fully realized.

West Oaks
A large sprawling neighborhood that starts at the west city limits with apartment complexes and turns into full on houses and small shops. It's a large stretch of area with its own subdivisions, the further up into the mountains you go the nicer and more pricey the houses get.
