((Once Adam sets up the penthouse and the new report starts. Then it'll be open for anyone to join in.))
He managed to out pace the cops who had been canvasing the area. It was similar in ways to working around large hordes or even running around from tyrants that were hunting you. Eventually however he made it to the repaired underground tunnel. No one really used it anymore given that the bridges had long since been repaired and the ferries worked much better. Relying heavily on his heightened ability of speed he eventually emerged from the abandoned and condemned exit. He was in the very last bit of the wastes of New York. Many of the buildings had fallen and decayed away but this particular 500 mile area was left preserved as a sort of national monument. A never forget type thing. It suited him just fine, no one ever came into this stretch of land, fear that there might be some creatures still lurking around.
It just so happened however. That this was the exact area where Amy's old Penthouse used to reside. He wasn't going to be bothered, or even followed. After that was left on display, the news would spread and whoever started this with him would definitely try and fortify themselves in whatever way they could. He walked briskly, his pistol drawn but only casually as he traveled. Just in case there did happen to be something nasty around. He stopped for a moment, staring at an old nearly rotted away bus bench. Looking around he remembered this was his first ever encounter with Spencer, and the chain of events that lead him to reunite with Amy back then. He was close.
It took him a few hours to actually come across the damn building. Decrepit on the outside but well maintained on the inside. He eventually found his way up and to the door to Amy's safe house. He took a deep breath, readying his gun slightly before opening the door using the key under the mat. It was a bit dusty inside, He closed the door after himself and did a brief scan of the entire area. Once satisfied that no one was around, he flicked on the lights. This would be it, his base of operations for a while until the job was finished. But first he needed a shower.
The water was warm, thanks to the whole electrical grid having been restored years ago. The shower was quick, enough to wash away all of the blood and gore. He had even managed to brought a change of clothes as well. He wondered into the main room, looking around, there was a couch pushed up against the window, and the table that long ago held a sniper rifle on it. He pulled his phone out of his pocket and made a call. The man was still alive he knew that, though they were much more estranged than they were friends. When Adam could hear the receiver on the other end pick up he spoke up. "Yeah. I need somethings. The old bus stop, five o clock. Just leave everything there." He hung up the phone and began to wander around the room.
