Bodies were scattered on the upper level, the media was all over across the city dealing with Adams little adventure to be paying attention to what he had just done throughout this small office building. The police hadn't even shown up just yet but when they would arrive there was about two dozen ExCell soldiers outside impaled on actual pikes. On the inside it looked like someone was trying to paint the building red, there were corpses stacked in corners and some twisted and contorted in ways that the human mind couldn't even comprehend. It would take months to sort out the crime scene at this rate. There was viscera dangling from the lights, bones with flesh still attached to them impaled through the walls, one man was shot in the head but had another mans head shoved up his ass, his face barely visible through the gaping hole. The scene looked like something out of a B-Listed Horror movie.
The deeper into the top level you went the worse it got, it was evident that a battle had commenced here by the large chunks of the walls that was missing from gun fire and by the bodies that were discarded through walls. It almost looked like the person who had done this to all of the soldiers up here was trying to put as many bodies through as many walls as possible. One room had a brick wall on one side, there was about ten bodies laying in front of it as if the man responsible found the one wall that could withstand his wrath and even then there was still one hole through it into the outside world where a third of a man's torso lay in the middle of the street missing half of his head. Doors were blown open by unnatural means half shattered and splintered, some impaling sheet rock walls on the opposite sides of the room. There were some people who were hiding in rooms, all of them now dead. One man was so twisted that his head was pressed into his own ass.
Finally there was an elevator shaft that went down what seemed like miles....
The inside of the shaft was torn apart all the way down, whatever made its way down there was relentlessly climbing and pulling chunks of the concrete shaft free from the walls. Once at the bottom the elevator was crushed in, whatever fell used the impact to compact whomever was inside the elevator killing them. Outside the elevator was a river of blood that ran down the ramp into the white halls where there was far more carnage all the way up to the blast door where the man in black stood.
"KNOCK KNOCK MOTHER FUCKER!"
He slammed his fist into the blast door causing the foundation around him to shutter. Once more he hit it causing it to dent in farther. The more he hit it the more damage he caused until there was a small hole he could see through. There were several yells from the other side.
"I'm coming for you! YOU BETTER RUN!"
His hand hit the hole causing it to widen and from there he pushed his other hand into the hole as well and began to pull the metal apart. Gunshots came from the other side aimed at the hole hitting him center mass and he began to laugh loudly. Getting shot now pissed him off because it took his body longer to recover from it, but that being said the anger payed off. Instead of coming apart in chunks he pulled with one strong grasp and the entire mechanism that was holding the door on began to break from the walls until he pulled the entire door off and tossed it aside.
"HIMURA! IT'S TIME YOU BOWED TO YOUR FUCKING GOD!"
The man in black suddenly burst into a dense fog and reappeared several feet ahead of his position inside the room holding a large black weapon. When it fired the entire hallway shuttered and three men were pulled off their feet from one bullet cutting through them. The fog shifted pulling him forward, it cut through one man and he materialized behind his corpse as his top half hit the floor, he was pressing his weapon to the forehead of the ExCell captain who was in charge of holding down the corridor. When he pulled the trigger the bullet split the mans skull down the middle. Both of his eyes went flying in opposite directions, teeth scattered the floor, his brain matter splattered the guys nearest to him. The man in black burst out laughing like a madman.
"Sir, I've got the escape car ready," said the ExCell commander.
"Good, hold him off, now isn't the time to face the past just yet," Birkin said.
"What about Mr. Himura?"
"Fuck him," Birkin said.
An explosion went off across the facility causing the entire foundation of the Hive to shake. The expression of fear crossed Birkins face.
"So this is what it was like twenty years ago? How the fuck did we survive against that monster," Birkin asked.
"Ironic isn't it," it was the thick accent of Himura as he entered the room, "we built monsters to destroy the world, but there was always one that existed long before us... Let's go."
"WHY ARE YOU RUNNING?!"
His gunshots were ripping people off their feet causing them to slide down the hallway tripping other others who met a similar fate as he calmly walked them all down. The ExCell forces were actually hauling ass away from him they were releasing tyrants to face him but even the tyrants were no match. Eventually one came into view, a tall son of a bitch wrapped in a hard leather suit wearing a solid silver helmet. Across its chest was written 374.
"This is what you send me Himura? I'M INSULTED!"
The 374 tyrant began running toward him he tossed his gun aside, the fog caught it and it disappeared with the fog back around his back into his body, he rushed forward at the tyrant and they both slammed together locking hands causing the ground to shatter downward from the force of them both bracing for impact, except suddenly the 374 was pushed back stumbling. The man in black lit him up with several strikes to the side of its ribs, each impact was loud and hollow sounding except for the snapping you could hear from the bones shattering under the impact. He twisted on his heel driving a kick into the side of the monsters head sending it through the concrete wall next to them into a room roughly ten times the size of an airplane hanger, it looked like a testing facility given the columns and barricades meant for taking cover in live fire drills.
He grabbed the Tyrant by the throat and manhandled it through a solid pillar. He was ripping it through solid structures by its throat before tossing it aside. Blood covered 70% of the path he had dragged it but even still it began to stand up only for him and step forward on it and drive his foot into its face forcing it back to the floor, he raised his hand and the 13mm weapon materialized into his grip he pressed it between the tyrants eyes and pulled the trigger.
"Red Queen," he yelled. The moment he asked for it it appeared.
"Alucard," the Red Queen said.
"I'm guessing he's gone by now?"
"You've guessed correctly."
"Send him a message," the man in black looked over to her, both of his eyes were glowing deep orange, "The world would be so boring without idiots like you."
Himura got the message a few minutes later.
Birkin chimed in, "this is a fucking game to him."
"He sees this like chess, except we're all pawns and he is the only queen on the board," Himura said.
